About Counselling
At HT Therapy, we offer counselling support towards our clients which in turn, provides self-understanding and empowers them towards actively exploring situations or feelings in their life that they may not have been able to do.

It is essential to keep in mind that counselling is not a magic pill or a quick fix: Counselling is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and counsellor.
However in the end, making small changes can bring life-altering results - and with our services, we will help our clients achieve this. Our services are personalised to suit everyone’s needs, and we go the extra mile to provide the tools needed.

Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Group therapy provides a support network in a confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions with others experiencing the same concerns and in turn, share experiences and receive positive feedback.

Clinical Supervision is a professional service, which means that a counsellor uses the services of a qualified supervisor to review their work with clients on a regular basis. Supervision may include coaching and professional development.
The supervisor does not act as an employer but more as a consultant to the Counsellor. We provide 1-2-1 and Group Supervision.
