Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Group therapy is a kind of psychological therapy that takes place with a group of people together rather than with an individual during a one-on-one session. Together with the therapist and the other group members you should be encouraged to share your experiences and work on understanding yourself better.

Group therapy provides a support network in a confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions with others experiencing the same concerns and in turn, share experiences and receive positive feedback.

03.

Couples counselling is a talking therapy where you can discuss your thoughts, feelings and behaviours within a relationship.  Your Couples Counsellor will help you understand the ways in which difficulties in your relationship can often affect you or your partner's mental health.  Counselling will gave both of you time and space to talk without arguing, and the chance to discuss how each other were feeling.

The counselling Will takes place in a private and confidential space, and aims to explore your emotions around any aspect of your life experiences and situations, which may be embarrassing, overwhelming, and painful to discuss in other settings.

Clinical Supervision is a professional service, which means that a counsellor uses the services of a qualified supervisor to review their work with clients on a regular basis.  Supervision may include coaching and professional development.

The supervisor does not act as an employer but more as a consultant to the Counsellor.
